Physical Development

PE (Physical Education) Curriculum

 

Students at the Beacon College follow a comprehensive PE curriculum that focuses on key skill progression and also developing the use of local sports and leisure facilities. As well as participating in a range of sports, pupils are encouraged to explore what is available in the local community and visit a range of fitness and leisure facilities. This also includes participation in clubs as well spectating sports within the local area in order to develop a positive relationship with sport and the benefits of an active lifestyle.
