Life Skills

As a specialist provision for young adults, it is essential that we prepare our pupils for participation in the adult world.

We want our pupils to be empowered and to benefit from a meaningful and rewarding adulthood and fully champion the four Preparation for Adulthood principles. One of the Preparation for Adulthood outcomes is Independent Living.

We enable Beacon College students to work towards being as independent as possible through the curriculum at college.

In addition, we utilise our amazing facilities to give the students the opportunity to develop and apply their skills.
